I’m Jennifer Frye, and since 2007, I’ve been helping teams cultivate focus, resilience, and calm at work. Through corporate yoga, mindfulness workshops, and retreats, I partner with organizations to create healthier, more engaged, and high-performing workplaces.
My programs blend mindful movement and meditation to reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen overall well-being. By reconnecting with their bodies and minds, employees develop clarity, energy, and presence—driving productivity, collaboration, and workplace engagement.
I’m certified in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, a YogaBody Flexibility & Mobility Coach™, and a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy™ (MBCT) Teacher. I design tailored programs for every team—whether it’s a mid-day reset, a team-building session, or a longer well-being initiative. I also teach women's yoga and mindfulness in the beautiful Swiss Alps.
