Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher since 2007

With the distractions and stresses of daily life, it's so easy to "live a short distance" from our own bodies. My teachings focus on embodying mindfulness and how to take the benefits we receive from our yoga and meditation practice and bring it to our daily lives.

I design my retreats to inspire people with practical tools of mindfulness and yoga, to bring more compassion, ease, and a high quality of self-care to the body and mind.

I've been inspired by my studies with a variety of teachers including Asthanga Yoga teachers; David Swenson, Kino MacGregorMark Darby, and Petri Räisänen, my Yin Yoga training with Cécile Roubaud and Restorative Yoga teacher training with Cyndi Lee. My meditation practices are inspired by my workshops and retreats with Sharon SalzburgRick HansonS.N. Goenka, as well as my own 20 plus years of experience of practicing Insight Meditation, Yoga and Zen meditation.

I am also a YogaBody certified Flexibility and Mobility Coach™ as well as a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy™ (MBCT) teacher. Yoga and Mindfulness are my jam. I  have been teaching yoga, mindfulness workshops in the corporate setting, and Yoga and Mindfulness retreats since 2007.
