Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow - Move, breathe and quiet the mind

Based more on the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series with plenty of modifications to suit your body. In this class, you will warm up with the sun salutations and follow more of the traditional Ashtanga postures and finishing with a few restorative/resting poses; a progressive sequence that will leave you feeling stretched, strong and energized for the day.

Sunday

19h - 20h15

Yin Yoga -- Rest and go inward

Yin Yoga is designed to stretch the deep, connective tissue in your body. In this class, you will move through a sequence of mostly seated or reclined postures. It is a passive, more relaxed way of increasing range of motion for the hips, shoulders and articulations in the body. We give ourselves permission to do less, go inward and, very simply, give our body our full attention...a gentle awareness.
