To keep ourselves healthy during this period of COVID-19, classes will continue to be held via Zoom and in the studio for up to five students. You can always book yourself into a class, but please contact me directly if you would like to join me in the studio. 

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow

Strengthen the body.
Calm the mind.

Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, in this class, you will practice dynamic movements and postures connected with the breath. This class encourages calm, focused attention to build your strength, flexibility and a quiet mind.

This 20-30 minute customized video can be your go-to practice that you can introduce into your daily life.

Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, in this extended class, you will practice both the dynamic movements and postures connected with the breath as well a few restorative poses for a deeper stretch. This class encourages calm, focused attention to build your strength, flexibility and a quiet mind.

Do you want to deepen your practice and work on your specific goals for yoga?

 

This 30-60 minute customized video can be your guide to help you become stronger and more flexible in your ideal practice.

Yin Yoga

Heal the body.
Quiet the mind.

Designed to stretch the deep, connective tissue in your body, in this class, you will hold restorative postures for three to five minutes whilst you focus on your body and reflect an inspirational poem or reading.
