Conditions for cancellation for participants of retreat

Until 28 days before your arrival: 50.- CHF service charge

28 – 7 days before your arrival: 25 % of the total costs

7 - 1 days before your arrival: 50 % of the total costs

On the arrival day: 100 % of the total costs

Early departure: 100 % of the total costs

 

Cancellation of the retreat:

If a retreat gets canceled by the retreat organizer (Jennifer Frye) or a force majeure/natural disaster your full payment will be refunded.

Liability Waiver

Your comfort, safety and well-being are my top priority. You are the expert of your own body, so please use my classes and retreats as an opportunity to deeply listen to the needs of your body and take good care of yourself. Please let me know if you have any special concerns and how I can support you in your practice. If at any time during a class or retreat, you feel discomfort, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the sessions. It is important in yoga that you stay attentive to your body, and respect your body’s capacity on any given day. 

 

By attending a class or retreat with Jennifer Frye, you agree to the following Liability Waiver:

 

If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support. By attending a class or retreat with Jennifer Frye, I affirm that I am in good physical condition to participate. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. 

 

In addition, I will make Jennifer Frye aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I have my physician’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and whether participation is right for my body. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Jennifer Frye for any personal injury. 

 

I hereby release and agree to hold Jennifer Frye harmless from and waive on behalf of myself any and all causes of action, claims, damages, costs, and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Jennifer Frye. 

 

I understand that this waiver discharges Jennifer Frye from any liability or claim that may have against with respect to any injury, illness, or medical treatment that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Jennifer Frye.
