Kick off the New Year by prioritizing your health and well-being! This interactive 4-week yoga and mindfulness workshop is designed to help you create a personalized wellness plan that honors the needs of your body and mind.

If you’re currently attending my weekly yoga classes; this will be an opportunity to dive deeper into a variety of science-based wellness practices (mindfulness, deep breathing, etc) that can even further enhance your health. If you’re new to yoga and mindfulness, or it’s been a while since your last class this will be an opportunity to reset your intentions for your self-care. And, if you’d like your partner to learn more about yoga and mindfulness, this is a wonderful series of classes to do together.

Through the practices of yoga and mindfulness, you will:
Build strength, mobility, and flexibility – key predictors of longevity.
Learn breathing techniques to improve lung capacity, manage stress & enhance energy.
Explore mindful eating to deepen your relationship with food & nourish yourself better.


Each session includes yoga practice, mindful exercises, and group discussions to help you link your mind and body, setting the foundation for sustainable health, vitality and longevity.

  • If it doesn’t work for you to attend live or would prefer to practice from home on Zoom; 80 CHF for all 4 classes.
