A retreat provides a rare opportunity to break from the fragmented nature of our daily routines, and allows us to bring balance to our everyday lives. I’ve designed this autumn retreat to deepen your understanding of mindfulness, to help you explore the wisdom of your own body, to strengthen your yoga practice, and to teach you more about the benefits of compassion meditation.
