Do you find yourself needing a moment to recharge your batteries, nourish your mind and body, and find new energy to get you through the winter?


Join me for an Urban Yoga Retreat; 25 - 26, March


Our weekend together...

You’ll be greeted at my studio with a warm cup of tea on Saturday, March 25 at 9am. After a short guided meditation, you will practice a vinyasa flow sequence as a way to come home to the body. Modifications and adjustments will be given during practice; suitable for all levels.


Optional lunch (not included) will be at Yak Thai. Our afternoon session will include technical guidance to move deeper and safely into your yoga postures (and instruction on how you can practice safely through the years). We will practice pranayama and learn ways to soothe the nervous system when stressed as well as how we can bring the energy up when needed. The first day will finish at 5 pm.


Sunday, we’ll start at 10 am with pranayama breathing, then a vinyasa flow yoga class. We will finish with Metta meditation (aka compassion meditation) to keep you feeling at ease in your heart and mind. The program will finish at 13h. Option to return for my regular evening Yin Yoga class at 19h (included in the price); a wonderful way to prepare your body and mind for the week ahead.


You will practice and experience how yoga is so much more than stretching and strength-building. You will learn how western science supports this eastern healing tradition and leave feeling balanced and nourished.
